What we collect when you use naadamfestival.com, why, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
This site is published by Discover Mongolia Travel (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia), which is also the data controller for anything you submit here. It is an independent guide — not the official ticket office of the Naadam festival.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. The inquiry form stores your name, email address and — if you fill them in — travel dates, party size, the tour you asked about and your message. The ticket-alert form stores only your email address and which page you signed up from. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
What we do with it
Inquiries are used to reply to you and to plan the trip you asked about. Ticket-alert addresses are used once or twice a year, to tell you when Naadam tickets go on sale. Nothing else.
Analytics
We measure aggregate page views to see which guides are useful. This is anonymous and cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up across festival seasons. Ticket-alert addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe — one reply to any of our emails is enough. We will act on it within 30 days.
